I usually use my name instead of pronouns during psychotic episodes, so here a few examples of how I/ how to use it ;
(for me) I’m good —> Luciel’s good
I like my bag —> Luciel likes Luciel’s/his bag
(for you) Are you okay ? —> Is Luciel okay ?
Do you have your things? —> Does Luciel have Luciel’s/his things ?
Can you do it by yourself? —> Can Luciel do it by himself ?Just use he/you if you’re not comfortable with that, but I’ll appreciate if you’d atleast use my name as a pronouns when I do it too!!
